    Worldwide

  • What is your shipping policy?

    We have our own delivery trucks for the Greater Montreal area. We use a variety of major Couriers for deliveries outside of our local area. We can also ship on your courier account.

  • Can you source products from manufacturers that aren’t found on your website?

    Yes, we specialize in sourcing hard to find and obsolete parts.

  • How do I place an order?

    Pease send us an email to sales@fordelectrique.com and we will send you a formal quote with payment instructions.

  • How do I submit a request for quote (RFQ)?

    You can request a quote by either filling out our contact form, emailing sales@fordelectrique.com, or calling us at 1-866-414-3673

  • How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business since 1959

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, wire-transfers, Pay-Pal, interac e-transfers, and offer Net 30 terms after approval.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday to Friday from 7:30am-4pm EST.

  • Where are you located?

    Our head office is in Montreal, QC Canada. We also have an office in Champlain, NY USA.

  • Do you offer local order pick ups?

    Yes, pick ups available at our Montreal location during regular business hours.
